This home was designed with the restricted site in mind. The U-shaped design wraps around the dual frontage perimeters, creating a central private sanctuary with a pool as the centrepiece, spectacular from both levels of the home.

The centre courtyard and dwelling are connected by an extended wall and ceiling planes that cut through large, glazed sections, creating long linear views emphasised by horizontal profiled led stone and articulated cladding. This feeling of a Moroccan-styled ‘riad’ was made complete by using the neighbouring property boundary as part of the building scope.
