This block in Beaumont presented the team a few challenges early, with significant fall to the rear and side of the block, a narrow residential street and a desire for a pool, there was a number of elements that needed to be considered.
The clients wanted a ‘multi-gen’ home that could accommodate visiting family members, allowing them the privacy of their own area whilst still being part of the daily rhythm of the home.
The wide and impressive entry and games/lounge area prepares you for the stunning rear of the home. High ceilings, feature wine rack and modern yet functional joinery make the kitchen the epicentre of this home, whilst the raised ceiling in the living space separates the two areas without having to resort to using a wall. The expanse of windows along the entire living/dining/kitchen external wall overlooks the immaculate pool and basketball court and gives a feeling of being in your own private villa.
